Please be aware the USPS is currently experiencing significant delays due to internal problems as well as COVID-19. Please allow an additional week for your items to arrive.

I am not in the LUCID Packaging Register so I cannot ship to Germany at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience.

All orders are shipped from California. In stock items are subject to 1-4 business days of processing time. Business days are counting from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and federal Holidays.

Please note that even when selecting a Priority Shipping option that the standard order processing time still applies.

 

All items are shipped via USPS first class by default, both domestic and international.

 

Domestic shipping within the US usually takes 3-7 business days once I drop it off. International can take longer, usually 2-8 weeks. These are in addition to the 1- 4 handling day period. If it has been over 7 business days for domestic or over 8 weeks for international and your item has not arrived please make sure to check your tracking number and to contact your local post office first. If you are international, please make sure to use your tracking number on your local postal website first as well.

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.



Do you accept cancellations, returns or exchanges?

 

Cancellations with a full refund are only accepted if the order has not been sent out yet. I do not do returns or exchanges.

 

I received a damaged item/the wrong order.

 

Please email me at [email protected] if you have any problems with your order along with your order ID number and photos of the items in question.

Merchandise will be replaced or refunded including the original shipping charges if the product is judged to be defective or arrived damaged. Damaged items may need to be returned in order to be exchanged: in this case, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

My order has not arrived.

 

Please refer to your tracking number for any updates regarding your order's status. If tracking has not updated in some time contact me at [email protected]. I will do my very best to assist you.



I would like to change my address.

 

Contact me right away if you would like to change your address. I will be able to change your address if the item had not been shipped yet. Once your item has shipped you will have to contact USPS to intercept your package as I no longer have control of it. If the address does not exist it will simply return to me and I can ship it to you again for additional shipping cost or I will refund you the item cost.

 

Can I combine multiple orders and shipping?

 

Yes, only if your previous order has not been shipped out yet. Contact me with your order numbers at [email protected] or leave a note at checkout to combine your orders. I will refund shipping overages manually.

 

What are "Seconds"? What are your pin quality standards?

 

Seconds are pins with noticeable flaws such as noticeable trapped dust, multiple dark specs, smears or smudges in the enamel, small missing areas of enamel or large areas of low fill enamel. The flaw(s) do not impact the OVER ALL readability of the pin, but they are obviously imperfect and aren't sold at full price.

The general pin standard for non seconds pins ranges from absolutely flawless to very minor flaws that are not noticeable unless pointed out including single small specs of dust, slight tarnishing of metal, natural machining and polishing marks on metal or enamel that you can see a certain angles, or small areas of low fill enamel. These marks are not an issue for a vast majority of buyers and exceed the quality control of pins from large companies you can purchase readily at large retailers.

I do not offer 100% FLAWLESS pins as some of these issues are unavoidable or would be too cost prohibitive to pursue and to sort for.
